Second Article
Visa Department
1. The customer is fully responsible for the correctness and accuracy of the information provided by him and included in the visa application, and the customer bears all the financial and legal effects that may occur in the event that it is proven otherwise.
2. express visa is committed to submitting the visa application as soon as possible, and any delay in issuing the visa from the embassy or the unified visa center for any reason after submitting the application is not the responsibility of express visa.
3. In the event that the visa is refused by the embassy or the unified visa center for any reason, express visa is not obligated to compensate the customer for any damages that may arise from this.
4. The service fees charged by express visa are non-refundable after the appointment booking is confirmed.
5. In the event that the customer does not attend the appointment specified at the embassy or the unified visa center, he is not entitled to a refund of any of the amounts paid.
6. In the event of loss of the customer's documents/documents due to a mistake or default of a third party (embassy, unified visa center, delivery companies), express visa does not bear any responsibility towards the customer.
7. In the event of a visa application to the United States, express visa assumes no responsibility in the event of any delay in activating the CGI number.
8. In the event of applying for an entry visa to any of the European countries that are signatories to the Schengen Agreement, the customer must pay the fees for booking a new appointment whenever he changes the center specified by him to provide the service (fingerprint).
9. In the event that the customer "wishes" to reschedule the appointment within less than 72 hours from the time of the appointment, he must pay the fee for booking a new appointment provided that there is a new appointment available.
10. The client is responsible for attending the appointment of the embassy or the unified visa center on the specified date and date with the necessary requirements.
11. When making any amendments to the data provided by the customer after creating the order, additional fees may be required.
12. express visa assumes no responsibility towards the customer after the visa is issued.
13. express visa shall not be responsible for compensating the Customer for any additional amounts that the Customer may pay to the Embassy, the Unified Visa Center or the shipping companies after submitting the visa application.
14. When submitting the visa (for non-Saudis), the amount of the visa, service, medical insurance, appointment and translation is non-refundable due to the multiplicity of requirements for the embassy and the need to work on translating most of the documents.
15. Whether or not the visa application is accepted, as well as the time specified for issuing the visa, is a special decision (at the embassy), and express visa does not guarantee the acceptance of the application or the expected duration of that.
16. express visa does not bear any consequences or damages that may be caused to the customer as a result of canceling or postponing the appointment from the embassy.
17. In order to avoid any financial losses that the customer may incur, it is advised not to make paid flight reservations or hotels, until the visa is issued, with the exception of some embassies whose visa application is required to have confirmed reservations, such as Germany or any other embassy, and express visa is not responsible for compensating the customer in the event that he cancels reservations.
18. In the event that the customer requests "unconfirmed" initial reservations by express visa when applying for a visa from any of the embassies that require confirmed reservations to accept the application, he will be solely responsible in the event that the application is rejected.
19. In the event of leakage of any document related to the customer, express visa does not bear any legal responsibility for this and is not obligated to pay any compensation to the customer.
Third Article:
Study Abroad Department
1. The customer is fully responsible for the correctness and accuracy of the information in applying to institutes and universities around the world, and the customer bears all the financial and legal effects that may occur as a result.
2. express visa is committed to applying to institutes and universities as soon as possible, and any delay in admission after submitting the application is not the responsibility of express visa.
3. The service provision fees charged by (express visa) are non-refundable.
4. In the event of loss of the client's documents/documents due to the error or default of a third party (embassy, unified visa center, delivery companies, language institute), express visa does not bear any responsibility towards the customer.
5. The customer is responsible for attending the embassy appointment or the unified visa center on the specified date and date with the necessary requirements.
6. express visa does not bear any responsibility towards the customer in any of the consequences that may occur to him at airports / institutes / universities.
7. In the event of the client's failure to comply with ethics and violation of the internal policy of (Institute, University), express visa is not responsible for any action that may be taken against him by (Institute, University).
8. Determining the timing of study in (institutes, universities) and any changes that may occur to it is up to (the institute or the university).
9. express visa is not responsible for compensating the customer for any additional amounts that the customer may pay to institutes/universities/housing.
10. The Institute is responsible for choosing housing for the client, and express visa is not responsible for any consequences that may arise from this.
11. The cancellation and refund process for Study Abroad Services is subject to the express visa policy, and the acceptance of these Terms is an integral part of the approval of the express visa Cancellation and Refund Policy.
12. This Agreement shall be subject to the provisions of "Force Majeure", which exempts all parties from their obligations in the event that implementation is impossible due to the existence of force majeure circumstances beyond the control of the parties.
13.The cancellation request is submitted by filling out the "Refund Form", and the customer can deliver it through the approved communication channels (e-mail, branches, WhatsApp) before the beginning of the study.
14. If the cancellation request is submitted 21 days or more before the start date of the study, the customer is entitled to a refund of 85% of the tuition fees paid excluding registration fees, insurance.
15. If the cancellation request is submitted within less than 21 to 14 days from the date of the start of the study, the customer is entitled to a refund of 80% of the tuition fees paid except for registration fees and insurance.
16. If the cancellation request is submitted within less than 14 to 7 days from the start of the study, the customer is entitled to a refund of 70% of the tuition fees paid except for registration fees, insurance.
17. If the cancellation request is submitted less than 7 days before the start of the study, the customer is not entitled to a refund of any of the fees paid including the tuition fees.
18. If the cancellation request is after the start of the study, the student is not entitled to a refund of any of the tuition fees paid.
19. If the cancellation request is after the client's arrival in the country of study and the beginning of the study:
a. The customer can use the canceled weeks as a credit for academic weeks to be used within 12 months from the date of cancellation, provided that the cancellation request is at least 7 days before the beginning of the school week.
20. In the event that the cancellation request is due to refusal to accept the visa application, the customer has the right to refund the full tuition fees paid, provided that he submits proof of this at least 7 days before the start of the study.
21. The refund process is made within 10 days from the date of the cancellation request, and is done via bank transfer to the same bank account used for payment.
22. In the event that the customer chooses the redemption method, whether it is cashback or days balance, he is not entitled to request a change of method later.
23. In the event that the housing reservation is canceled after payment, and within a period of not less than four weeks, the equivalent of two weeks' rent will be deducted from the reservation value and the rest of the housing fees paid will be refunded.
24. If the request to cancel the housing reservation (student) is within a period of less than 4 weeks from the date specified for the beginning of the reservation, none of the fees paid will be refunded.
Fourth Article:
Hotels Deparment
1. Cancellation and refund policy varies by hotel and booking type. Please see the details of the specific cancellation and refund policy of the hotel you wish to book. You will find this information on the room details page and during the booking process.

The fees will be refunded to the customer within 5 working days from the date of cancellation or change in the hotel reservation, and the amounts will be refunded in the same payment method used by the customer to make the reservation or add the amount to the customer's wallet after his approval. Please note that the redemption period may vary depending on the customer's bank policy.
7. express visa" is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred by the customer as a result of using the website while booking the hotel, or for any price changes after booking, or for any damages resulting from events beyond its control.
8. Some hotels set the last check-in date, and failure to show up on time may result in canceling the reservation at the hotel, the customer must inform the property express visaly in case he may arrive late than the specified time.
9. 10. At express visa, we are keen to provide the best prices for the available rooms, and the value of taxes that vary from country to country and can be compared before completing the reservation is clarified, and it is fully clarified in the booking message.
11. Terms and Conditions of Hotel Booking Promotions:
• Offers are available for bookings made through the express visa app or website only.
• The total value of the booking must not be less than SAR 250 to receive any of the rewards.
• Cashback worth 99 riyals.
• Cashback is only available for bookings of two days or more.
• Cashback will be added to the customer's wallet after check-out from the property.

• Exemption from service fees on a single visa

• The discount can be used once per booking.
• Discounts cannot be converted into cash.
• These offers cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
• In case the customer makes a recurring booking with the same arrival and departure dates, the customer is entitled to receive one reward from express visa. The nature and value of the bonus will be determined in accordance with express visa's internal policies.
• express visa reserves the right to modify or cancel such offers at any time without prior notice.
• Services are used in advance in case of prepayment.
• Amount of services will be deducted in case of cancellation of the reservation.
12. SIM Card's:
- The customer has the right to obtain the electronic chip 24 hours before arrival at the property in case of pre-paid booking outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- In case of booking on arrival outside the Kingdom, the SIM card will be issued after confirming check-in.
- Estimating the amount of data available on the electronic chip depends on the duration and value of reservations.
13. Free International Driving License:
- The customer must have a valid Saudi driving license.
- Booking must be prepaid.
14. express visa does not bear any responsibility or compensation for the customer in the event that the property cancels the reservation or changes its date and express visa deals with the customer as an agent for the property and is not authentic.
Fifth Article:
Airline Tickets Section
1. Bookings and payment:
• All bookings are subject to the policies of the airline booked on.
• Full payment of the ticket must be made at checkout.
• Prices quoted on the website are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
• Any taxes or fees payable to the airport are excluded from the total price.
• express visa reserves the right to charge additional fees for its services which are non-refundable.
2. Adjustments and cancellations:
• Dates and destinations can be modified based on availability and are subject to adjustment fees per booking.
• In case of cancellation by the customer, cancellation fees may apply according to the company's policy, flight and class of ticket.
• Some bookings are non-refundable as per airline policies.
• Any amendment to your flight booking can be made through the express visa website, but in some cases, you may have to contact the airlines express visaly.
3. Some bookings are subject to change depending on airline policies.
4. The refund policy is subject to the policies of the airlines, and the refund is made if the amount is returned to express visa by the airline or the flight service provider.
5. Visas and Documents:

6. Responsibility:
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from flight delay, cancellation, change or any other express visa's delivery services and express visa is not obligated to pay any compensation to the customer.
• The customer bears full responsibility for the information and data provided by him and the validity of this information and data is verified during submission.
• The customer must abide by the aviation policies and instructions issued by the competent authorities.
Sixth Article
Travel Packages & Trip Design Section

2. The service fee charged by express visa is non-refundable after submitting the travel package request.

5. express visa does not bear any responsibility towards the customer regarding the selected cities and the problems he may face in the city chosen for him after designing the travel trip.
6. express visa is not responsible for compensating the Customer for any additional amounts that the Customer may pay to the Embassy, Unified Visa Center, shipping companies, airlines, accommodation, car rental companies or airport pick-up services after submitting the package application.
7. express visa does not bear any consequences or damages that may be caused to the customer as a result of canceling or postponing the appointment from the airline, embassy or hotel.
8. In order to avoid any financial losses that may be incurred by the customer, it is advised not to make paid flight or hotel reservations, until the visa is issued, with the exception of some embassies whose visa application is required to have confirmed reservations, such as Germany or any other embassy. express visa is not responsible for compensating the customer in the event that he cancels reservations.
9. express visa does not bear any responsibility or any compensation related to external parties in the event of pandemics, natural disasters or any problems beyond its control from external parties such as: embassies - airlines - accommodation - car rental - cities that have been chosen for travel - reception at the airport by operating companies - passports at airports and others.
10. express visa does not assume any financial responsibilities or compensation related to flight delays.
11. The service fees charged by (express visa) for services complementary to the travel trip after submitting a travel package request depend on the terms and conditions related to external parties such as: airline tickets and others, and the refund policy depends on the type of each service chosen by the customer and express visa does not guarantee a refund of any amount paid after submitting the request.
Seventh Article
Blue Week:
1. For purchases in the visa section:
- There is no minimum bill to get cashback.
- Maximum cashback that can be earned 100% of the purchase amount or SAR 200, whichever is lower.
2. For purchases in travel support services:
- There is no minimum bill to get cashback.
- Maximum cashback that can be earned is 100% of the purchase amount or SAR 100, whichever is lower.
3. For purchases in the hotel section:
- Minimum bill for cashback is SAR 200.
- Maximum cashback that can be earned is a fixed amount of SAR 200.
4. For purchases in the service of institutes and study abroad:
- Minimum bill for cashback is SAR 5,000.
- Maximum cashback that can be earned is a fixed amount of SAR 500.
5. General Rules:
- Cashback will be granted only if bills are paid exclusively

Ninth Article
Establishment Day:
- Cash back 222 riyals for hotel reservations for electronic payment and a minimum of 700 riyals for reservation.
- The balance is valid for visas and support services only.
Tenth Article
Roulette:

Information that deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of this message or any information that is offensive or of a threatening nature. or information that threatens the unity, safety, defense, or security of the nations with which we work, friendly relations with foreign states, or any public order, or causes incitement to commit any recognizable crime, or prevents the investigation of any crime or causes insult to another state. Or information through which a certain identity is impersonated.
2. If express visa finds that you have breached any of these Terms and Conditions and otherwise proves otherwise when using the Site, express visa reserves the right to:
- Warn you against violating these terms and conditions, and ask you to stop such behavior.
- Delete any material or content that you may have posted without notice.
- Take measures (including suspending, suspending or restricting your access) to and preventing you from using the Site.
- Cancel any bookings you may have made, without reference to you.
- Report your activities to ISPs or competent authorities.
- Take legal action against you.
Article XVIII
Entire Agreement
- The terms and conditions attached to this agreement are considered as the entire agreement with the express visa traveler company for travel and tourism with respect to the site and application and cancel the previous understandings, proposals or agreements between the customer and the company.
- The agreement includes the customer's approval of the conditions, rules and laws in force at service providers, airlines, government ministries and competent international and local organizations, as well as the requirements for making amendments to the service or requesting its return.
- The approval of this Agreement or any of the electronic memoranda, means that any hard copy thereof makes it acceptable and applicable in judicial circles just as if it were original documents.
- All the supposed names of companies, products, persons and symbols mentioned on the site and application, are not intended to refer to a specific individual, institution, product or event.
Nineteen Article
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
The terms of this contract shall be governed by and applied to the settlement of any dispute, claim or any controversy arising out of or relating to these User Terms or any violation thereof, termination, execution, interpretation, validity or use of the Site, Service or Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
**This policy is the only and considered reference between express visa and the customer, and express visa is not committed to any other policy, and the approval of this contract and policy is a full commitment to all that is stated in it**
